Everything You Need to Know

 

Are the fragrances used in your products natural?
Yes! We only use 100% pure organic essential oils in our products. Essential oils are physically extracted by steam or cold pressing from plants which aren't chemically altered from their natural state or derived with solvents. And because we only ever use organic essential oils that means they weren't grown with any nasty pesticides, herbicides or residues making our products non-toxic!


Are you certified organic?
Not at the moment. We also want to be an extremely honest brand so we will always state when something is organic. We currently use soy wax in order to offer a vegan product which is not currently produced organic but we do ensure that it is non-GMO. All our essential oils are organic.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes! We only ever use recyclable packaging for our products.  


Do you test on animals?

Definitely not! It is illegal in the U.K. to test finished products on animals and although we aren't currently certified with cruelty free international we only ever buy from suppliers who are! 


Are your products safe for using during pregnancy?

Not all our products are safe to use during pregnancy due to the use of some essential oils in the blend. We will is state if they are not suitable both in the description and the warning section on each product.


How much is shipping and how long does it take?

UK: Orders under £30 are £2.99 and orders over £30 are free!

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order.


What is Return, Reward, Recycle?
  • Although our bottles are recyclable through a bottle bank why don't you reduce the carbon footprint even more by sending it back to us to reuse and be rewarded for it!
  • Once you've collected 5 jars send them back to us using our pre-paid postage and you will receive a £10 voucher to spend on our website.

What is your return policy?
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • To return your product, you should email us at hello@mamalunar.co.uk
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
